- Free standard delivery for all orders over €50 to French-speaking countries (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, etc.).
- It may take up to 3 business days to process your order.
- Delivery then takes place within 5 to 7 working days .
Return policy
You have 30 days to make a return (excluding items on final sale or “last chance”).
- Items must be unworn , unwashed , in their original condition , with tags and hygiene protections intact .
- Please wear underwear during the initial fitting, as any item showing signs of wear may be refused.
- International returns are accepted . However, return shipping costs and any customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned, even within 30 days of purchase.
- Acceptance of a return remains at the sole discretion of the KOPUKA team.
